Then it could be anyone.
I personally think it's Ben. |

Yeah I dont think the pictures are a cont. error either. They made it too much of a point to see them.

All the picture frames looked like they were changed...odd.

Perhaps only Miles can see these picture frame changes and that tells him that whatever he did worked.
By the way, all this talk about Miles and Minkowski, I was watching the episode again and Naomi tells Minkowski that she loves her sister (or, I got a gun pointed at my head). When Jack, Kate and Faraday meet up with Miles, all of a sudden Miles knows that Naomi used the "code." I think that shows that Miles and Minkowski are at least one faction of the "freighties." Frank has already said his dislike of Miles and Faraday and Charlotte seem to be indifferent about the whole thing. |
miles may be the only one AWARE of the change in the pictures.

Sorry if this has been mentioned, but I heard that in the enhanced version of this ep, they refer to the woman in Faraday's flashback as his 'caretaker', as opposed to wife or girlfriend. Why does he need to be taken care of?
