Synopsis:
Really didn't NEED to spoilerize but better safe than sorry! This is their typical recap/catch-up episode. I love how they describe the season premiere as "shocking".
Just wanted to post a heads up for anyone like me who has forgotten the better part of what happened last season by now.

I don't know about in DC, but here this is on tomorrow night. Tonight the 2 hour S3 finale is being re-aired, but with some new info in subtitles or something.

Yeah, for me the recap is showing tomorrow night (1/31) at 8:00, right before the new episode.
Tonight they're showing the two hour "Through the Looking Glass" season 3 finale.

Crap - my TiVo had it scheduled for tonight. Oops. No wonder there wasn't a thread! How do I continue not remembering it is 2008?!?!?

Some interesting tidbits of info given during the show.
During the future scene where Jack wanted to do the surgery on the woman with the spinal injury, the doctor who was actually going to operate had the same last name as Bernard.

Does anyone know the total number of Lost recap episodes this makes? It has to hold some sort of record for 'most recap shows ever'... Seriously, before ever season premiere, after every break and usually around finale time they show recap eps...

Yes, I thought this was a great way to get back up to speed. The tidbits were fun. It amazed me how many minor points I had forgotten and--forgive me--how ridiculous this show's plot really is. Nonetheless, I enjoyed every minute of it. They do a great job of making everything feel plausible.
If you haven't yet seen it, be sure to check out Lost in 8:15--it's a GREAT recap:

^The first one you have listed aired at the beginning of season 2...Im pretty sure there was 1 or maybe 2 recap episodes during the first season (I remember being annoyed that they only produced them in standard def that season).

Last night "through the looking glass" with pop-up's was on here - is that what we are talking about?
In any event, it was great to see that episode again - I don't know why they haven't been showing re-runs - you get to pick up on things you missed the first time. Espeically on a show like Lost.

Figured it would be better to ask in this thread.
Rewatching the season 3 finale last week, I was trying to figure out where else the blonde chick in the underwater station was from. I swear I've seen her before, but younger, like she was a former child / teen star.

Tracy Middendorf. Done mostly tv work but I remember her from Wes Craven's New Nightmare as the hot young mom. Also in MI3.Originally Posted by Snowmaker

She's the girl that said Steve Sanders raped her on 90210. Then she forgave him when he saved her life, and they went on to be best friends.Originally Posted by Snowmaker

Not making that up.
