I just read The Amazing Race 13 won't start production until April or May. So, most likely we won't see the next edition until later summer or Fall.

I'm glad they didn't make it to this leg, but I would have loved to see a Jen meltdown at the final roadblock. That roadblock was sadistic. Much better than All-Stars' "Which team is the least trustworthy" POS roadblock.
Happy to finally see a final leg without multiple bunching points.
Did Ron really say that this was the first time he could tell Christina "I love you" and actually mean it?

As for tonight...not at all a surprise. All three teams had a shot at winning at the roadblock so that's really all you can ask for. After that point, manufactured suspense aside, it was pretty obvious who would win. Happy for all three teams though. Each of them seem to accomplish something they could be proud of.

Congrats to the team I wasn't rooting for, but whose victory was still deserved. Maybe they need to do away with the "currently in..." place designations to make it a little more suspenseful. I'd rather be in the dark along with the other contestants because I'm not fooled by the criss-cross editing.
What was with the "Are you an animal?" and the close-up of the cleaning guy?

Great roadblock. I paused the TiVo and spent 10 minutes imagining Jen's complete meltdown and Nate in the bushes crying while the sun set and Phil had to come tell them the race was over.

What an incredibly disappointing winner. I wonder how much dope they can buy with that million.

They fought the race the right way and will likely put the money to good use. Dont assume because they are hippies, that they smoke weed.
The Chinese father/daughter combo likely already have money and it wouldnt change their life.
Wouldnt mind seeing that kid and his grandpa win though...

"One team member had to face a field of objects they encountered along the race course. Each Team was given fifteen recognizable items from different legs of the race. With stress and exhaustion at an all-time high, they had to place on a stage ten specific items that matched two different requirements. First, there could only be one item from each of the ten legs of the race. Second, only three items could be animals or animal by-products, one had to be a U-turn, two had to be items either at or brought to the Pit Stop, two had to be items of transportation with wheels, one of which was used at a Detour, and one had to be an item of transportation resembling the shape of a stick."

Loved the end . similar to the flag one in the family edition I think it was?
Pleased with tk and rachel winning, and very impressed with Don.

Another great season!
A great finale, any one of these final 3 would have ben a-ok with me.
And a great final roadblock, it really was anybody's game right there.

Good to see a major test in the final destination city. Felt bad for Christina - looks like she almost had it on the initial try.
I never thought about Jen doing that task, but yeah, that would have been comedy gold.
What an incredible last of foresight on CBS' part. You'd figure they knew a writer's strike was in the cards several months before it started.

So with Tk and Rachel winning this season and BJ and Tyler (was that their name?) a couple seasons ago it seems that the Hippie Teams are unstoppable.
Glad Tk and Rachel won, they did the race with class and left the drama to everybody else.

The final challenge was similar to one a couple of seasons ago. BJ and Tyler topped "Frat Boys" Eric and Jeremy.

One player will have to find, in a field of 285 flags, the correct flag for each country visited. The player will then have to line them up in order of the Race. The other player can provide verbal, but not physical assistance.

I haven't been a big fan of this season but even I'll admit that the final challenge was a doozy. If it had been me I would've been curled up in the fetal position on that stage weeping and clutching a chicken in one hand and a single stilt in the other muttering to myself that a donkey is indeed a transportation item resembling a stick. I loved that it brought out the f-bombs in the contestants.
My comment to my wife when TK and Rachael won was that I hoped our investment portfolio included some patchouli oil futures.
