As everyone knows, Nick Hogan got arrested and will be charged in the car crash a month or so back. Also well known is the condtion of guy that was in the car with him, he's pretty much an eggplant. With the arrest there will be a civil lawsuit on the way. Nick Hogan is only 17, a minor thus a civil lawsuit could not be filed against him but instead against his legal gaurdian and co-owner of the car, Terry "Hulk" Hogan. Hogan just started taping for the new American Gladiators and was one of the few wrestlers from the 80's that saved his money and has more then a few bucks in the bank. Add in all the before mentioned "marrige problems" and it makes sense. Can YOU think of a better way to hide millions of dollars? I can't.

Yeah I think she will take more than 1/2 
She will take all the liquid stuff, and leave him with the depreciated stuff (cars, house - this is a down market, art, collectables, etc.)
