Which night(s) have the most conflicts for you?

For me it's these:

Tuesdays at 9
Cashmere Mafia
House
Reaper

Wednesdays at 8
Pushing Daisies
Kid Nation
Back to You / 'til death

Wednesdays at 9
Criminal Minds
Bionic Woman
Gossip Girl

I think I have solved the last one for now, as Gossip Girl seems to be getting a replay on Sunday night. The other two I have no clue about. Of course all of these except for House and Criminal Minds could end up sucking, so that would take care of that.

You can probably watch Pushing Daisies and Cashmere Mafia on ABC.com after they air. ABC says that pretty much all of their shows will be available online.

I consider it a conflict if I need to tape more than 2 shows at once, since that involves me managing recordings at other TVs all around the house.

So here is where I have more than 2 so far. (I haven't even added in Cashmere Mafia since it is starting late.)

Monday at 8pm
Dancing With the Stars
How I Met Your Mother/Big Bang Theory
Prison Break
Everybody Hates CHris/Aliens in America
Chuck

Tuesday at 9pm
The Unit
House
Biggest Loser
Dancing with the Stars
Reaper

Wednesday at 9pm
Private Practice
Bionic Woman
Gossip Girl

Thursday at 8pm
Ugly Betty
My Name is Earl/30 Rock
Smallville

Thursday at 9pm
The Office
CSI
Grey's Anatomy
CSI
Supernatural

As I start to check out more of these shows and drop them (or they are cancelled) some of these conflicts will start to lighten. (I have already dropped Nashville, K-Ville, Kid Nation, and Kitchen Nightmares.) I am trying ot be a little stricter in the new shows I add this year.

Also some shows are airing on Sci-Fi: Bionic Woman and Chuck.

I'm watching quite a few shows, but I can't believe I have absolutely no conflicts! I imagine this will change come January when Lost, 24 and Amazing Race are on.

Jadzia - I think you have a scheduling problem. I believe House is on Tuesday after Bones. Wednesday at 9 is Kitchen Nightmares I think.

Like Jadzia I consider it a conflict if I need to tape more than 2 shows at once as well since on TiVo could handle that.

Monday at 8pm
How I Met Your Mother/Big Bang Theory
Prison Break
Everybody Hates Chris/Aliens in America
Chuck

Wednesday at 9pm
Bionic Woman
Private Practive
Gossip Girl

Thursday at 8pm
Ugly Betty
My Name is Earl/30 Rock
Smallville
Survivor: China

Thursday at 9pm
The Office/Scrubs
Grey's Anatomy
Supernatural

Unfortunately Thursdays are genuinely the worst since all of those show are established programs unlikely to get cancelled or end until the end of the season (Scrubs and rumored Smallville).

Thursdays, Thursdays, Thursdays at 8 pm have always given me the most conflict and we are talking about the last 20 years or so. Of course with DVRs the conflicts have become less and now that I can record 4 programs on one dvr (AT&T U-Verse) that is moot now.

But unfortunately I can only record 1 HD stream with U-Verse. This is a problem that they are working on, but it's taken them over 2 years so far and they are saying it won't be until next year that we will be able to watch / record 2 HD streams at the same time.

Thankfully when you only have 6-8 shows that you watch..you do not have many conflicts.

The only one I see is Heroes/24 again.

I'll see how Reaper does before it conflicts with HOuse

None, but two DVRs pretty much solve that problem.

I'll have to wait and see if I pick up any new shows this season.

Same here. 2 HD-DVR's in the house(plus a Tivo) prevents any conflicts. Well, that and Gossip Girl reportedly being a piece of crap show.

I checked my DVR recordings for next week and there doesn't seem to be any conflicts so far. I'm sure there will be once the rest of the shows start back up though.

I have none again this year. But like many, I have a DVR and Tivo. If it was going to have issues, it would be Thursday for sure. I'm probably picking up more on Thursday than the rest of the week combined.

Thursdays:
Ugly Betty, The Office, Earl, Smallville, and HOCKEY! There's almost always a Penguins game on Thursday nights. Pens come first. I watch that and DVR one of the others. Although with Smallville I usually skip and wait to watch when the season comes out on dvd.

Hmm well I have multiple DirecTivos so I can record two stations at once per Tivo and I have the east and west coast feeds for ABC and NBC which makes things much easier.

Broken down by timeslot just for next week. This is how many channels I am recording.

Sunday
only 1 show per timeslot

Monday
8-9 = 4
9-10 = 4
10-11 = 2

Tuesday
8-9 = 4
9-10 = 7
10-11 = 4

Wednesday
8-9 = 2
9-10 = 6
10-11 = 5

Thursday
8-9 = 4
9-10 = 3
10-11 = 2

Friday
8-9 = 2
9-10 = 4
10-11 = 1

No conflicts here. I only watch 4 shows, and they're all on different nights.

thursday nights is a big problem.
I have My Name is Earl, Ugly Betty, and now Smallville, plus my wife watches Survivor, and we only have one DVR, so i'm going to have to figure something out.

Earl and Ugly Betty can be watched online if that helps. But, I know internet viewing isn't really ideal for alot of us here.
