Really enjoyed the episode. Drama breaking the news was classic. I kept thinking that they really needed to tell Harvey right then because at least the bouncer could keep Harvey away from the guys as he was getting escorted out. Funny that only Drama had the balls to say anything. But only then it was probably only because he's on a TV show now.

Funny episode... saw the ending coming a mile away.
Gotta love the continuity error with Eric and the shaving cream on his face. He had full coverage of foam on the left side of his face to almost all gone - back and forth about 4 times. I don't usually pay attention to that stuff, but it was so damn noticeable.

I KNEW I recognized that guy!
As for Harvey....definitely a red herring there. I LOVED Johnny D. just dropping that bomb, and then the look he gave afterwards.....classic!

I am talking about what I saw as foreshadowing with the script with ARI GOLD on every page and then his car/script was in someone else's possesion, that is the direction I thought they were heaeded. Obviously this did not happen.

Another great episode this season, and now that The Sopranos is finished, this is my favorite show along with Curb Your Enthusiasm. Johnny Drama is as great a supporting character as Paulie Walnuts, always funny, and usually steals every scene they are in.

Loved the ep. I hope Medellin does well at Cannes, or else Vince and his posse are royally fucked. Chaykin always plays the role of pompous asshole to perfection. I am guessing the parallels are obvious.
Harvey=Harvey Weinstein
Vince=Mark Wahlberg/Leonardo DiCaprio
Bill Walsh=David O. Russell/P.T. Anderson-both directors with notoriously bad tempers and both of whom have worked with Wahlberg.

Even though Wahlberg never worked with him, I think Walsh is really supposed to be heavily based on Vincent Gallo.

Did like seeing Jarry as well though. The crossovers on these HBO shows are getting ridiculous. Would make a good drinking game, I think.

Speaking of crossover actors, it took me a minute to realize that the guy who plays Harvey is not the same guy who plays the newsreader on Rome.

By the way what happened to Turtle's hot lady friend? You know the girl whose dad wouldn't let her hang out with Turtle. They spent like 3 episodes on her and then totally dropped her.

I would love to see AJ Soprano pop up at an adult film shoot of Walsh.
Vincent Gallo...isn't that the guy who had his GF give him a real life BJ on-screen in one of his movies? Brown Bunny wasn't it?

And his movies don't get the reactions that Walsh's seem to receive on the show.
