That's an excellent sign. It's beating E.R. and it's 5th overall on the night (and timeslot leader) in 18-49.

Plus the show behind it picks up almost 2M. Things get even worse in the 18-49 demo.

Very true. Will FNL even make it through one season or will NBC give them a warning so stories can be wrapped up ASAP? I realize these aren't apocalyptic numbers and that this isn't a series that could get 10m+ viewers on a Friday night, but damn it needed to at least average 7m.

God damnit! That sucks that FNL took that much of a tumble. It doesn't help that FNL is a serial drama and can't gain viewers each week.

I would expect Women's Murder Club to drop next week....who know's maybe some Nielsen family FNL viewers decided to tape it and watch WMC live.

Wow... MEN IN TREES took a huge hit from last year. Probably because many casual fans didn't know it was coming back, let alone premiering last night.

So sad to see that about FNL. I still can't believe people don't watch this show--one of the best on TV, hands down.

It could be that the end of the first episode turned people off... Which would suck. But it certainly could be a justifiable cause... in somebody else's eyes.

Pretty much figured Las Vegas would get around the same numbers as Men In Trees would. I didn’t think MIT would beat Numb3rs in the rating & I thought the long wait between the last episode of MIT would hurt its ratings. Hopefully Las Vegas doesn’t lose anymore viewers than it already has.

What a dramatic difference for CBS' Sunday shows when some lazy people don't change the channel and let football play into 60 Minutes-Cold Case-Shark.

It would have been nice if Journeyman could have experienced some of the same bounce as Chuck and Heroes, but at least it didn't drop in viewers.

I still can't believe Big Bang Theory gets more viewers than its lead-in How I Met Your Mother.

Very relieved to be that bounce up for Chuck. But I'm also baffled How I Met Your Mother does just so-so. What puzzles me is that its 18-49 ratings aren't higher, because it seems to be the type of show that's viewership should be heavily condensed into that key demographic (like The Office or Family Guy, for instance). I guess despite all their success CBS still isn't a 'young' network.

Blame it on "Dancing with the Stars" (low ratings for HIMYA and BBT).

Let's not forget that Chuck didn't have to go up against Prison Break this week, so that may be why they had more viewers. People that don't watch baseball decided to give Chuck a try.

In addition to Samantha Who? being a very good premiere, I'm sure a lot of women that were watching DWTS stuck around to see a comedy that was centered on a smart (but previously bitchy) young woman trying to find her way in life.

Just like people being too lazy to change the channel after football, the same with Samantha Who and DWTS. People were to lazy to change the channel after DWTS. I know several people who did it.

I am happy to see a increase for both Chuck & Heroes.
