I'll third this.

Jefferson was a fine addition.

It's funny, but that was the first one that came to my mind, but out of fear of ridicule I was going to be an ass and say the character Seven on MWC, with runner up Chachi on Happy Days and Cousin Oliver on The Brady Bunch. But my honest answer is the same as yours, with runners up: Rev. Jim, Taxi; Woody, Cheers; Tony Blundetto, The Sopranos

"Crap Bag" Good one. If he ever gets super famous people will catch the reruns and be like "he was on Friends?"

Wow. Is this the first mention of them? This might be the winner. Seinfeld wouldn't be Seinfeld without these three characters.

Those shows have both only done one season though. I don't really think that's a well established cast.

Well considering he was a complete wash when he joined Happy Days when it had long become "Sad Days", he certainly redeemed himself here. I completely agree.

That was the first that came into my head as well even though I agree with your "recurring character" suspicion.

No love for Faith (Eliza Dushku)? Sure she came and went, but she was on Buffy for whole seasons at a time.

^Depends on how you look at this question...when I think cast, I think regular, but if Jerry Stiller and company count on Seinfeld, certainly Eliza Dushku should for Buffy.

Ill also add Emma Caulfield on Buffy and Julie Bowen on Boston Legal.

All these Star Trek names and no mention of Walter Koenig?
