Anyone else watch this tonight?
It's typical HBO quality finely done. Curious to see what those who are a fan of the Western genre think since its definitely not your typical Western themed show

It was ok if not too slow moving after the initial battles with the army and the Dakota tribes.
I did LOVE that fact that the show had some balls and pointed out that the indians were not a band of mythical noble people who never made a mistake in the process that got them where they are today.
The sit down between Sitting Bull and the US Colonel brought up alot of good points.

The cinematography was great, the acting was top-notch, and it was well made overall.
However, it was too long and it just wasn't that original. It was OK, but not compelling or especially memorable.
