Seriously. So Season 3, Part 2 has like 6 episodes? Better be a 14.99 DVD release then. I would hate HBO with these schedules if they didn't deliver the best television shows ever.

Anywho, yeah, the whole thing with Drama succeeding and Eric/Vince gambling on Medellin will be a lot of fun. I can't wait to see this play out. Anyone know how many episodes are lined up for Season 4 in total?

Drama was great again this episode.

Loved the shot they took at NBC.

I could have done without Turtle's side story. It seemed pretty useless. This episode was all about Johnny Drama. Great ending.

So what was Mark Walhberg's Medellan? Was it Boogie Nights?

It's actually Medellín. Wahlberg's Medellín? It was The Big Hit. True story.

Why would Wahlberg chase something like The Big Hit? It did okay, but it was popcorn fluff.

Interesting that someone decided to remind everyone that Scarface was a bomb when it first hit theaters.

Boy do I love Johnny Drama!!! I wonder if anyone ever has tracked down a reviewer like that? Also love the whole deal of trying to make movies out of Disney rides. Matterhorn...Big Thunder Mountain? Yep.

Matterhorn just sounds like a shit fest that the studios think would bring in the cash. Sahara anyone?

I'm sure it's happened before. It was a nice flashback to Ari chasing down "Peter Cole" in season 2.

I was kidding! I have no idea if this is based on anything in Wahlberg's life. Just figured that well, like you said, that was one piece of shit movie.

I remember hearing somewhere a while back that Vinces career is a mix of Mark Wahlbergs career and Leo Dicaprio's. If that is true, then according to IMDB, Leo was an executive producer on The Aviator.

Man, it feels like they've finally started this season.

Here's an article about when they filmed the Variety scene:

Well, Aviator got Leo an Oscar nom., so that might be good for Vince.

What an amazing ep. This is the best show on TV right now. I too was clapping at the end for Drama. Looks like Drama might be the one supporting the guys for a while but things will go well for Vinny again.
