The Chinese will kidnap Chloe and the Morris will have a heartwrenching moment when he realizes he really loves her.

Will Jack finally find out that the kid is his son?

I see Cromwell is in the credits, daddy is back to cause problems tonight.

So this week we're ripping off Die Hard? Terrorists invade the building, kill the man in charge, only one man can save everyone.

Imagine how much more "shocking" that ending would've been if Cromwell's name wasn't in the fucking credits at the beginning...

Oh, and bye Milo.

Actually, the only shocking thing (for me) is that i'm still watching this live and watching Heroes later...

Pretty indifferent to Milo dying. At least now we don't have to put up with listening to him and Nadia going on and on about their supposed feelings for each other...

I wish chloe and morris were shot instead of milo. cold of them to kill him like that, but he won't be missed.

didn't they say the phones were dead before then nadia had to answer the phone?

Despite the umpteenth lapse of security at CTU, I liked this hour. Now, if they only had some goofy standout leading the takeover (ala Quentin Tarantino infiltrating SD-6 on Alias), this would have been much more silly and fun!

YAY for MILO! actually doing somethin' other than lurking in the background and occasionally popping in conversations b/t Chloe & Milo or Nadia & Doyle. One down, with Nadia and Morris left...

Veep Daniel's assistant...writhing on top of Bishop, with shoulder blades jutting out...just put that last split screen over the top.

i've been a die hard (no pun intended) fan since day one (again, no pun intended) - but this has turned out to be a slog of a season - this ep, the worst - nothing happened for 45 freakin' minutes - one of the middle of the season transition episodes, maybe - this close to the finish line, no way - this entire season i've felt like one of the castle guards in Monty Python and the Holy Grail - watching Lancelot charge and charge and charge without really getting anywhere.

on the plus side, i bet the fine mist of Milo's intelligence looked bitchin' in HD.

Bummer, Milo. At least he died trying to save Nadia, after saving the chick earlier in the firefight, unlike poor Tony, who just died on the table alone. (If they'd have given Milo the silent clock I would've been real...ticked.)

I liked this episode. Jack shot some guys and almost saved the kid, and now we know Gramps was behind it all w/the Chinese.

I'll give them credit for swerving us and making us think that it would be Morris again (or Chloe in my case, as I was expecting some sort of swerve). It's hard to come up with something that we don't expect.

I certainly wouldn't feel safe if theCTU of 24 was in charge of protecting me. How many times have they been infiltrated or compromised?

I thought that after Jack shot the dude and picked up his gun..."Ho Ho Ho Now I have a machine gun."

Um...during the "next week on 24" is said that we've seen 21 hours, and there's only 2 left. Did I hear that right? 2 hours or 2 episodes (one 1 hr and and 2 hrs)?

Ha ha, I wondered the same thing. I think the announcer is optimistically hoping for a quicker end to the season.

21 episodes have aired. Next week is episode 22. The week after is the 2 hour season finale (aka episodes 23 and 24).

The writers are just out of fucking ideas. Period.

Oh we have a Bauer in a ventilation shaft while terrorist point a gun at a loved one while they count down to the execution unless he shows himself. Sounds vaguely familiar...

SEASON 4!!!

Seriously. They aren't even fucking trying anymore.

This show is just so f-ing bad now. Ugh. Seriously, how many more times is CTU going to be under terriost attack? The writing is awful and the plot is just too contrived even by classic 24 standards. At this point, I hope the show gets cancelled.

Terrible episode. Jack had like 3 minutes of screentime until the last segment. And enough with the damn soap opera in CTU! Do the writers not realize by now that we don't give a rat's ass about Milo and Nadia(thankfully that won't be an issue anymore) or Morris and Chloe? I'm just afraid that Milo's death won't take care of this problem as they'll probably now pair Nadia up with Doyle.

Phillip Bauer's return was ruined by the opening credits. Although they did telegraph that scene at the end once it was revealed the CTU invasion was about retrieving Josh. Now William Devane's appearance last week. THAT was definitely ruined by the credits.

What I wanna know is how they'll be able to wrap up all the dangling plot threads in the last 3 hours. We've got the Bauer family drama, the CTU soap opera nonsense, Audrey and her dad, Wayne Palmer's condition, Logan's fate(yeah, remember him?), the situation with the Chinese and Russians, and the rumored final scene of the finale.
