I think we should all try to eat toast on a stick tomorrow for breakfast. It's what Calvert would have wanted.

In memory of Calvert, I refreshed myself this morning with a hot towel. :)

I'm driving an RV down through South America in his memory.

RIP but I'd say he had a pretty good life. I would have never guessed he'd outlive Princess Diana in 1991.

That clip of Larry at the bus depot reminded me how brilliant Letterman was many moons ago.

He's been phoning it in for a long time now. Money's too good to give up the gig.

Sad news. As much as I love his appearances on the old Letterman show, I'd say that my favorite moment from him was in a 1-800-COLLECT commercial:

Kudos to Letterman for doing a little tribute to him last night. The one thing I always liked about Dave is although you know what a weirdo he is in real life, he can be very sincere in situations like this.
