Some possibly not 100% accurate but very big spoilers are up for the next few episodes at: http://www.aintitcool.com/node/31633.

Logan coming back is defininetky going to make the show more enjoyable. I think he's back to help CTU, not to be a villain. BTW, I have come to realize that 24 is 100% more enjoyable watching episodes back to back for say 3-4 hours at a time.

and after the first 10 minutes tonight,
Nadia - Milo is now in up for a promotion for getting shot in the arm and hiding like a coward behind the dumpster and whispering REALLY LOUD so the bad guys can hear him.

Back to back episodes didn't help last week.

I think this episode was a step in the right direction. I was hoping Marilyn snuck back in to put a bullet into daddy Bauer to put this plotline out of its misery.

I was also thinking baby Bauer was going to get injured somehow leading to a blood test to reveal that he is Jack's kid.

My ears sure perked up when Jack called that number.

After taking hours to set up some serious animosity between Lennox and Palmer, it would be quite ironic to have Lennox save Palmer from the brewing coup d'etat.

Jack's going to need a lot of counseling after today's over...

I thought she said commendation, not promotion

yeah, something like that.
I think its bad writing when the incident just happened, and somebody implies that he was worthy for a "commendation"

HUH???

Milo will probably be favoring his arm in the coming hours yet Morris seems prefectly fine after the drill bit into his shoulder blade.

Not to mention leaning against a noisy chain length fence twice.

I do applaud the writers for turning Lennox around so he wasn't the total douche that he appeared to be.

"Drop your weapon or I will use mine. Do it!"

Milo is a wuss and Morris is the current stud. It works.

I agree the 2 hour nights work well.

Thank God Logan is back. I really hope this isn't a 3-episode stint as rumored. He needs to stick around the rest of the season. Hell, put him back in office. A hamburger has more presence than Wayne Palmer.

Interesting that Logan was still wearing his wedding ring. I wonder where Martha is.

Apparently Logan is getting his grooming techniques from Saddam Hussein based on that beard.

BTW, am I supposed to root for the bomb to go off? I'd like to see Powers Booth as Prez...

So, did anyone call the number that Jack was given? I haven't had a chance yet.

Great episode tonight! I think Sean Callery's music added a little adrenaline and tension to the show. It's great that they brought back Greg Itzin. DB Woodside needs to take a few acting lessons from him.

Now that I am paying attention to who's writing these episodes, I've noticed that some of the weaker episodes this season were written by 24 co-creator Joel Surnow. Howard Gordon co-wrote tonight's episode and I've noticed that his episodes are very well written and paced. Also, what made tonight's episode better than previous weeks was less DB Woodside.

Looking forward to next Monday.

Would that really determine anything, seeing as how his dad was Jack's brother?

Actually he's up for a commendation because despite no field agent training, he got a witness out from danger while taking hostile fire, then got wounded protecting her.

It wasn't his whispering that the bad guys heard, it was Marilyn gasping for air.

I figured that the show has been going down the shitter this season because Surnow is too busy with the very unfunny right-wing "response to the Daily Show" that he's been making.

This episode wasn't terrific, but it was a step in the right direction.

I hope DB Woodside gets killed. Or at least maimed.

Did Jack forget he has a daughter? He failed to mention Kim when he was telling his dad about the Bauer legacy.

She married Mike Novak and disowned Bauer last season.
