The TVGuide podcast said CW was pretty pleased with the ratings on the last episode before the extended break. If it can be maintained and built on a bit, it has a good shot for next season. Especially if Gilmore is gone ("don't want too many schedule holes").

VM will never be mainstream.
A smart detective show disguised as a tweener soap. Caught between audiences. American Eagle commercials show that even the advertisers can't figure out the demo. |

I'm just excited it is back on again. Time to power up my new HD antenna for my laptop! |

Is VM going to be preempted by the President's speech?
|
Not on CW networks (at least in my area)

Shes so hot when shes vulnerable. Good ep. With next weeks preview, is that our new arc? Could be good.
|
It was good to have VM back on the air.
I wasn't prepared to see Mac got so much screen time, but it was kinda sweet. Also, it looks like they prettied up Mac as well. 25/Oscar was a cute monkey. VM and Pizz shared a nice scene, and then totally undercut by VM going back to Logan, and crushing Pizz. Keith really wants to nail the professor for the dean's death. |
Also you gotta love a chick (especially cause its Mac) who would invite a guy out to see a 70mm print of 2001 at a local theater.

I drifted in and out of this episode. Still, it's good to have it back. I'm one of the few around here who wants LoVe to stay together forever. I wouldn't mind if they are on-and-off during certain stretches of the run, but I'd like it if they ended with them together for good.
Finally, it's interesting to note Kristen Bell is a vegan in real life; therefore she probably has some of the same opinions as PHAT did. |
I was just waiting for the professor to bust Keith. I half think Veronica's dad went for it just to see what he was up against. It's going to be fun watching Mars take him down a peg or two, mainly because we now know going all covert against him with either Keith or Veronica won't be successful. They're going to have to get mega clever on us.

Dear Kristin Bell,
I love you. You are hot. Marry me? Love, GizmoDVD |

I converted another one! My friend tuned in to tonights episode and was hooked - he's currently going through my DVD case trying to find the first season, hehe.
Personally I thought the episode was fine, but there have been many better ones in teh past - although its nice to know that Veronica has finally noticed Piz. |

And did anyone get a Y- Last Man vibe from the monkey scenes? |
|
I thought it was good.
Good to have more Mac and zero Wallace. |
Mac looked good. She must have lost 20 lbs. I SOOO want there to be another season. The CW needs to advertise on like the SciFi channel and wherever reruns of Buffy and Angel are to build the audience.
