I was gonna say The Pretender, but you beat me to it. The Centre was located in Blue Cove, Delaware. Even though Jarod was most often not in delaware, every other major character was based from there, so I belive it should count.

At the risk of being called a thread killer, here's a better list than the wiki: http://www.tvacres.com/geographic_settings_usa.htm (Though now, people can kick themselves for missing ones they think they should've recalled and argue over the validity of the rest.)

Delaware
The Pretender/NBC/1996-2000 Blue Cove (Headquarters of The Centre)

Idaho
The Manhunter/CBS/1974-75 Cleary
Young Maverick/CBS/1979-80 Frontier Territory

West Virginia
Hawkins/CBS/1973-74 Beauville
The Real McCoys/ABC/CBS/1957-63 The McCoy Family hails from West Virginia

I'm not sure The Real McCoys should count on their list - the theme song says they moved to California ("From West Vir-gi-nee they came to stay in sunny Cal-i-for-ni-ay ") and I never saw it so I don't know if any of the show was actually set in WV.

Screw that list and it's combining of North Dakota and South Dakota into the Dakotas.

My Name is Earl isn't necessarily set in MD. They claim to purposely leave the state vague, often alluding to the setting being in the South.
