I love this show. I sure as hell hope people are paying attention. I love it that Coach is trying to get his daughter in line like he does his players, and he can't figure out why it's not working.
Gotta love Sarasin, too: "Good evening, Mrs. Coach."

Saracen edging his foot into the coaches house was priceless.
The Street storyline is still going strong. I expected his story to drag on.
We finally got the blow out victory that we were hoping for but they didn't show any of it.

Any scene that revolves around Coach Taylor, Saracen, and Julie is gold.
Coach: "What do you think they're doing in there?"
Mrs. Coach: "Probably having sex!"

great episode.
i also really liked the scene with saracen stepping in and out of the house.
the double standard with lyla wasn't played out. i actually felt sorry for her.
i also liked the scene where he's about to leave coach's house. he looks at julie and then at coach and then gives julie a little handshake. except it's one of those handshakes you give your buddies! hilarious.

I never liked the whole Riggins/Lyla thing, but the aftermath of it has been pretty good. I hope they're ready to move on, because I am.
Matt can't go with you on Saturday. He's going to be at the cheerleading thing with me. It's the Chearleading... Divisional..... Championship

Were they watching The Office? It looked like Dwight on the screen.
Julie now loves football... good going Coach!
Lighten up folks! He's a good kid. You said so yourself... at least it's not Riggins!
And.....this kid walked into your office... stepped up and was upfront with you...what more do you want? If you're not careful, she's gonna start sneaking around.
BUT:
It's gotta get you riled up when you walk into a locker room and HS dingbats are talking about your daughter... OUCH!
I'm curious how long Coach is going to ignore Smash's obvious signs of substance abuse... he's running alot faster.. and now he's got nose bleds.

Fantastic episode last night! Several great scenes come to mind. Especially liked the scene when Matt and Julie were watching TV.
Coach: "Look, a blanket."
Mrs. Taylor" "You're an idiot."

Good show but I'm sick of the whole Lyla thing. I don't feel sorry for her and it's dragging on too long. ("I stood by you the entire time [except when I was doing your best friend, but other than that...sniff sniff]")

I love the show, and maybe this makes me a heartless bastard, but I'm sick of the Jason Street character. unless they plan to have him make a miraculous recovery and play again, what is the point of this character? Riggins and Lyla were hot together, Lyla and Jason *Borat voice* "not so much." Aimee Teegarden is one of the cutest things I've ever seen.

I've been catching this show on and off. Can someone tell me why the running back keeps getting bloody noses?

another great episode. this has been churning them out week after week.
so many great coach/saracen moments (all listed here). I loved the "mrs. coach", and the handshake, and the "look, a blanket" line. so great.
i also loved the "who's landry?" "lance, that lance kid". then them asking who was driving later. they have no idea who that kid is.
i think there's pretty good chemistry between julie and matt, too.
hopefully the "lyla is a whore" thing has run its course after this episode. it worked, but i'm afraid they'll drag it out for a while.

the previous episode, doesn't coach say "hi lance" and the kid responds with "it's landry"?
it was hilarious.

What?? No mention of the "cheerleaders'??
Riggins in pig-tails... priceless
Matt doing a back flip
Smash showing us his booty.
Good stuff!
Golden Globes are being announced tomorrow morning. This show and cast better be represented.... or I'm gonna be ticked.

Coach and Mrs Coach are one of the best couples I've seen on TV in a while. I loved how they both cracked up when their daughter said that she wanted her own car.
