I didn't like the ending. It was too saccharine and predictable. It would have been far more interesting to have them (or at least JD's girlfriend) decide in favor of an abortion.
That said, the show was funny as usual. "23 ... no, make that 22 fries. You didn't think I'd do it, did you Miguel?"
The Miracle of Carla's Suitcase and the payoff were also awesome.

Great episode. I really like last week's, but this one was even better.
Loved the reactions to Carla's birth on CCTV, espeically Kelso's: "And record."
I have to disagree about Jack. The actor is being normal, not like Dakota Fanning who was acting like she's 20 when she was 8. I do love how they put subtitles onscreen for what he says.
According to another board I frequent, John C. McGinley was filming a movie when this episode was shot, hence the bad looking hair.

So exactly why was this show in HD for about one episode last season and neither of them have been this year? Or is that just my affiliate screwing up each week? (Odd since the 60 minutes before and 30 minutes after were in HD).

And we finally learned how the security guard lost his hand.
... and was it just me, or was the forest that the dog ran into the same set that they used when Elliot was haivng a phone sex conversation and stumbled across the troop of boy scouts?

I hate to be the wet blanket, but does anyone else think that Turk's hand getting that cold is going to cause neurological damage and affect his future as a surgeon?

This episode was...

GRRREAT!
That would certainly be an unexpected plot twist. (a real downer, though...)

Oh man, my wife and I were HOWLING at the camera feed. Everyone's reactions were priceless, but the Janitor's "Ah, Swamp Thing!" actually sent me off the couch.
