Here is my theory for tonight's episode (I posted it in the other thread).
Isn't it a bit obvious? If you can remember when the time traveling Hiro episode travels to the future where New York being bombed in a nuclear explosion, you can see Hiro visits Isaac Mendez (the painter). Isaac Mendez is seen dead on the floor with the top of his head cut off (Sylar of course!).
With the promos appearing for this week's episode, it will probably set up as the Radioactive man blowing up, Sylar escaping and finally killing one of the heroes (Isaac).

man this show is sooo unrealistic...
when Petrelli was being interrogated in Texas, they showed them drinking Arrowhead bottled water. Nestle doesn't sell Arrowhead in Texas. They sell Ozarka. COME ON!
