Thank God for DailyMotion.

I'm loving this show. Wish I wasn't already done with the first season. It's going too fast.

Maybe not always "zany', but for something light and often humorus, I'd also reccomend That 70's Show, Newsradio, Arrested Developement and My Name Is Earl.

On top that, one that hasn't been mentioned yet, and was just released on DVD this week is How I Met Your Mother - which also features Jason Segal of Undeclared and Freaks And Geeks. It was my favorite new comedy show of last year, and has gotten even better this season.

And if you don't mind animated stuff, I can't reccomend Clone High high enough - and as Jay G mentioned, there's a Scrubs tie-in to it, too. Also quite excellent, is Venture Brothers - my favorite animated comedy series since the short lived Clone High.

Well, thanks for all the suggestions. I have coming today Newsradio S1-3 and Sports Night, Newsradio S4 on Monday and I am so looking forward to them.

I forgot how much I loved those shows and now I am realizing the draw to tv series' on DVD. I never quite understood the catch until I became glued to watching the short bits before I go to bed. I actually look forward to it at night after a day that is not always pleasant.

This Clone High seems interesting too. Any links to where I can order?

Dead Like Me has a lot of good dark humor in it.

The 70's show in the same league as scrubs, News Radio and Arrested Development?
Not even close.

In your opinion. I'll give you that some of the latter seasons may not have been that great, but the first few are gold.

There are some good suggestions for tv shows. I would also like to add

Grounded for Life,
Titus

These are 2 extremely funny shows that have a suprisingly high rewatchablity factor. Titus is great because it aslo has a good amount of continuity to it.

Newsradio, is a classic and has the same type of humor that Scrubs untilizes. Plus Phil Hartman is a comedic god.

Fraiser is another great sitcom, that has a high rewatchability factor. What makes Fraiser great is how the writers took the time to make the cast grow into their relations with each other. They didn't do this over several episodes, but over several seasons.

If you don't mind an older comedy, Married With Children may be the best of all time.

I agree with many of the other choices, but Al, Peg, Kelly, Bud were the best.

It isn't Christmas unless I get to watch all the Bundy Christmas episodes. Lakeside Mall episode is a comedy classic.

What about Spin City. The MJF seasons not Charlie Sheen. I enjoy the reruns.

Full-season DVD sets of Spin City aren't out yet. I was limiting my answers to shows on DVD, since the OP was pretty specifically asking for shows he could easily watch at his leisure at the end of the day.

Well sure enough you are right. Only a couple of "Best Of" DVDs. Sorry I didn't even realize that they are not out. I hope they have plans to release them I enjoy the show.
