When House was talking about strangling being better he was saying it's would be better if the noose didn't break his neck when he hung himself, but suffocated him instead.

This one was miles ahead of the last episode. I don't mind the cop too much. At least, with him, the issues last longer than one episode. Most of the time something happens, it's barely mentioned in the next episode.

I liked how the priorities changed from the sandwich to his son.

The dad definitely hanged himself. When they were wheeling his body down the hall for surgery, he had a bruise going around his neck that was about the width of a belt. That thump House and Wilson heard in the hall outside his room was probably a chair being kicked over. House probably told him how much slack to give himself to hang without breaking his neck.

I wonder if they will ever have Stephen Fry as a guest on House?

I think that would be great, and House would make fun of his English accent by doing one himself and everyone is like, "Man, you do a great English accent."

Eh, maybe not.

Or maybe Fry would do an american accent as well? Wonder if he could do it as well as Laurie?
