Pretty decent episode, but it seems that they more/less borrowed from "Stir of Echos"

I was LOL at Dean's confession taping.

I thought it was a great episode. I especially liked the fake ID recap in the opening.

I also liked how they brought back the events from the shape shifter episode. It's nice to see that these guys aren't operating in a vaccum. I thought it was great how the law finally caught up with them.

It was a decent episode and it looked to me that the episode was more a showcase for the guest turn of Linda Blair then for any of the supernatural element or storyline.

I loved Dean's line at the end when he's asking Sam whether the cop (Linda Blair) looked familiar to him and that he's hungry and has a craving for pea soup.

Decent episode.

Think Linda Blair's character will return in a future episode?

Decent episode. I'm really, really enjoying this series. I only started watching the during the last few episodes of last season, since I never figured I'd enjoy the series. I hated the actor who plays Dean when he was on Smallville, but he's a pleasant surprise here.

I thought it was good.

Dean's confession was great.

I agree it was a showcase for Blair, I read in an interview with her that they've been trying to get her since they started the show.

They certainly set you up to believe that there could be.

My favorite bit of dialogue was when Dean and Sam were arguing about which one of them was Scully - "I'm Mulder, and you're the sassy redhead."

So that guy killed those people? How did he not leave a trace?

One would imagine that since he was the investigating homicide officer, he concealed and/or contaminated any crime scene evidence (of course, being a homicide detective, he should be a pro at covering his tracks). Since he was basically sleeping with his partner, she certainly wasn't going to consider him a suspect - well that is until Sam uncovered the original body that no one knew existed. They essentially had no real leads on the first murder until Dean showed up at the scene of the second, implicating him immediately without anyone remotely considering Det. Sheridan. I mean when you find a murder suspect (presumed DEAD), bloody, standing over a second dead body - the wife of the previously murdered man with the same M.O.? Why would you consider the lead detective?
