What ENDED Television show needs a reunion

I was talking about this is in my Pop Culture class today and thought I would bring it up to the boards. What television series needs a reunion movie, to not only wrap up certain storylines, but mostly to show the general audience where the characters have been between the years the series ended? I'm not talking one or two season shows that ended on cliffhangers (such as 'Popular,' 'Reunion,' or 'Invasion'), but rather long-running television shows that had 'series finales' (Examples in my course where 'The Brady Bunch' reunions as well as the Dynasty miniseries (eventhough that series ended on a cliff-hanger).

For my responses to the class I said that BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER needs a reunion movie, but it should wait atleast another five years, but not much longer. This would put almost a decade between the series ending and the reunion film, and there characters would have gone through major arcs and they would been different people than when we left them, but it would be interesting moreso to see how they changed, than the threat they will inveriably face. I almost wrote my paper on EVERWOOD mentioning that the audience needs to see the Andy/Nina wedding for completely closure, but couldn't form an easily arguable thesis on it since the show ended less than a year ago...

But back to the original question: what series do you think most needs a reunion, and why?

I was going to say "Saved by the Bell" before I read your post...but now I'm not so sure. heh.

I guess for me, Felicity would be good. I hated how that ended and it'd just be nice to catch up on things. I'm only 24 so I can't really speak on much more than WB stuff :p

The what has Dustin Diamond been doing would be disturbing :)

Edit: with Ed, I think they did do a reunion ... didn't he move to NY, become a music executive and play basketball with his new friends?

Did he get divorced again before he moved back to New York? Or was he keeping a really big secret from his friends?

Walker Texas Ranger needs another one badly

Spoiler:
With Alex getting shot at the end of Trial By Fire and being left for dead, there is absolutely no closure to the series at all. It's doubtful it will ever be made since CBS canned the Sunday TV movie of the week

It's sad I know, but I would TOTALLY be all over a Saved By the Bell reunion special done in a semi-serious way. What? Why are you looking at me like that? -wink-

I would like to see a UK Coupling Reunion/Special if the show is totally done in a few years. The show doesn't really need any closure, but it would just be nice to see the whole cast (Richard Coyle would have to come back) one more time and where their characters ended up.

Coupling - The Valentine's Day special.

Also another brit-com that needs a reunion special is SPACED. Since that show was so much about being a disenchanted 20-something, it would be great to have a special about the main cast hitting their early 30's and how life has changed for them.

I can't think of any American shows that haven't been mentioned. An Everwood Christmas special would be cool to have, but it would need to be this year or next - focusing on the wedding (maybe two weddings? One for the old folks, one for the young?) like you said.

The original Adam West Batman show as a Dark Knight Returns parody.

I wasn't what you'd call a HUGE fan of "Seinfeld" but I always thought it'd be interesting to see how they re-adjusted after serving the prison sentences.

They'd probably go back to being the same people...

I'm pretty sure they told you.

Found it:

Spoiler:
Due to the series' premature ending, the killer remained unrevealed; however, as a result of discussion between the network and writers regarding possible options as to the killer's identity, President of FOX Network hinted a guess of Amy, Sam's daughter, as the killer.
