It's taking over Kidnapped's old timeslot.

Since it's up against CSI:NY and The Nine, I think it has a pretty decent shot of finishing 2nd in the timeslot. The Nine will probably start fading by then.

I'm surprised at the treatment of this show - I thought it was doing pretty well, and with Patricia Arquette's 
emmy and all...
I think it would be a perfect fit at it's old time slot after Heroes, with Studio 60 on the Tuesday 8p slot.
