Summary:

Nancy faces pressure from Peter to get out of the business. After heckling Celia at her first city council meeting, Doug calls a truce. Silas and Shane celebrate their dad's birthday.

It looks like the laughs have come to a screeching halt as we come to close up season 2.

This episode seems like it was entirely setting up for the final episodes, so it kind of felt a bit weak compared to the rest. I really wonder how Heylia feels about the warning and for the first time this season, I didn't feel like bitch-slapping Silas for being a turd. And what can be said about Doug and Celia? Crazy.

I agree the laughs are coming less and less, but there are still some smiles in every episode, and I still can't wait to see what happens next!

Doug was great this ep, so funny at the council meeting. Not that I didn't like the episode, but I have to admit that right when the end credits came up, I screamind, "That's it!" It just felt like this episode breezed by in like 10 minutes. I was really hoping to get more, but it looks like things are getting set well for the final stretch.

And for those of you who watched the previews, am I the only one extra psyched for the guest star next week? Should be great.
