WTF? Everytime I start on time by my clock there is still 2 minutes before it starts. Now I miss part of it....ugh.
Anyway, I just came in while the closet doors were open and Andy yelling. I' m pretty sure I know what I missed, but what did I miss? |
No idea what you missed, because I missed it too. I turned it on somewhere between 8:57 and 8:58 according to my clock, and it had already started. The WB must be pulling some tricks out of NBC's playbook.

Kind of a "meh" episode.
Anne Heche was okay in a depressing storyline. The neighbor finally realizes she is in love w/ the town's second doc while she is on a date w/ the town's third doc. Bright and Ephram broke up. We finally learned the true source of Dr. Brown's unlimited wealth. Amy looked really, really good when she had on the bandana holding her hair back. |
I liked Andy's storyline. Hated Hal's storyline. You have to wonder what Nina will do with her epiphany in her love life. Ephram breaking up with Bright was at least pretty civil, as far as breakups go, I suppose.

Did Ephram get to keep the thong?
|
I'm assuming.

"7 Minutes of Heaven" rotfl
... once again, no Edna or Earl. ... and very little Hannah. |
We finally learned the true source of Dr. Brown's unlimited wealth. |
Andy invented a vascular clamp for brain surgery that kept various gooey parts from each other (if I heard correctly).

Am I the only one who notices how full plates of food go untouched and are paid for in full at Momma Joy's?

Originally posted by Superman07 Am I the only one who notices how full plates of food go untouched and are paid for in full at Momma Joy's? It happened at least twice last night, first when Dr Abbott was ticked about Andy's invention and then with Dr Brown when 3rd Doc showed up again. |
Yup - same two times I picked up on as well.
I enjoyed last night episode more than last weeks. However, I feel like something is off this season, but I can't really pin my finger on it. It might be that the stories do not seem to revolve around Amy and Ephram as they were the main focus the first two seasons. I think one thing that bothered me about last nights episode is that they tried to throw too much into one episode. They could have drawn out the panty scene over and episode or two, and as a result made the strain between Bright and Ephram a bit more real and not "look at this plot we came up with really quick". Having said that though, I think it was exactly Amy's character to react the way she had instead of waiting for a week to say something. I did kinda feel sorry for 3rd Doc when Nina gave him the cold shoulder on the bench. Thing is I could tell she liked Andy before she did. Refernce the lint brush scene if you have questions (yes, it was apparent before that as well). Also, we could have done without Harold's storyline this week. I think that was just there for filler. It went quickly from funny to almost over acted - although the lymeric bit was funny. Anybody else sick of Delia? I'm surprised they weren't caught playing doctor upstairs. Maybe she'll become the rebel child and get sent off to go to school with Lanie (sp??). |

FYI: 3rd Doc's name is Jake.
|
OK, I missed it (thought I'd be home, so didn't set to record it), can anyone recap for me, details please? :)
|

So far, they haven't done much with him, and it's not like that town needs 3 doctors. How did they ever manage when Harold was the only game in town? |
Oh c'mon, can't anyone recap this for me? :) Please?? :)
|
Somebody correct me if I'm wrong:
The devil was found attempting to spawn in the coat closet. Meanwhile, Andy had his foot so far down his throat, it was coming out of his butt, which is apparently where Nina wants to get near. Meanwhile, Harold was having Rose try flavored wood. On the other side of town Amy was posing with a thong for Ephram, and Bright was having PMS. |
