Good show. Solid. Not spectacular.
Most importantly, that Erika Christenson's got nice boobs.

I'm still on the fence about this show.

I couldn't make it out of the first 30 mins. Just way to trite and forced. The key to a good character driven drama is that you have to like the characters, and I just don't.

For me, this show is suffering from too many storylines. There are the individual stories plus all the ones involving the relationships between the main characters. I can see the potential, though, so I'll give it a few more episodes.
By the way, how did J.J. come up with this idea? I wonder if he was sitting in his office one night, patting himself on the back for writing yet another moment of coincidence between LOST characters, and said to himself, "You know what, self? I'm gonna create a series thats just made up of these kinds of events. Coincidence after coincidence. Cuz that's what the people love. And, who knows, I may even include a smoke monster..."
With all these coincidences involving the same group of people, it sure makes New York City seem pretty small, doesn't it?

I don't care for the coincidences, but I am liking this group of characters... I wasn't impressed after the pilots, but I'm starting to warm up to it... another few chances before I decide for sure but I'm leaning towards keeping this one on the schedule.

That would be funny if the smoke monster was a character in this show. I can see it sitting in on a card game with a visor while smoking a cigar ...

i sampled this show because of bridget m and campbell scott but i'm done. this show is boring. total snooze . the only thing they got right on it was the attitude of the cops during the line up. as i tell my policemen buddies all the time they are only one tiny step above the criminals. justified or not. they always tell me they know but they get badges and guns. i digress , not a very interesting show. nothing to hold my interest.

I travelled to New York City with my (now ex) girlfriend, to visit an architect friend of hers from college. The second day (a Friday) that we were there, we decided to walk around the city, so, after visiting various places, we choose to walk down around, I belive, Union Square.
Well, after leaving some store there, we turned down a street and began walking, only to pass three friends of mine from high school, whom I had not seen in nearly three years.
That is a damned moment of coincidence. We all had to be in the city (we lived in Lisbon, Ohio at the time of high school) at the same time, had to decide to walk around the area that exact day, had to turn down that street at the exact same moment, etc.
That having been said, I'm not really being drawn into the show. I'm going to give it another chance, maybe two, but after that, it's cut loose.

About the show? I got nothing. It is ok, hasn't really grabbed me yet, but I don't hate it or anything. I will probably be making some cuts soon so I am not sure it will make it. In its favor, it's not a crime or legal show and I usually give those shows more slack to balance out the rest of the shows.
I would have loved to have been at the pitch meeting for this show. "It's like Lost, except without the mystery or the island or even that pesky plane crash."

I like the group of actors and guest stars in this show but can the storylines be more boring and contrived. The only storyline that I'm mildly interested is that of Campbell Scott but that's because of Shiri Appleby.

For some reason, I like to imagine that Campbell Scott is the older version of his Singles character.
It is cool for Roswell fans to see Katherine Heigl at 9 on Grey's Anatomy, then Shiri Appleby at 10. Ugly Betty should give a part to that alien kid with the big ears.

I was also pleasantly surprised to see Shiri Appleby on the show for now.
Wish they'd move on with the Roy-Whitney subplot (or will Roy really talk his way out of hitting on Laura in the next episode?).
Don't care about the looking for mom subplot.
Did laugh at the limo driver yelling at the spoiled rich kids for leaving gum on his backseat.

Oh no, this show is turning the corner for me. The Puncher is probably what did it. So now we have Mae's mystery. Thankfully Steven finally told someone where he went for those 4 missing months, that was driving me nuts.

Nice!! I am so happy to see that there are more people on board with the show! I totally agree that this episode was definitely the pick of the litter so far since the beginning! The puncher was just humorous to me, and the fact that he punched Whitney's fiance just made it even better!! I died laughing at that point! I am looking forward to seeing what happens with Mae/Carlos/Damian after he realized that Mae is the girl that his borther mentioned to him!

I totally missed this. BTW this was on 9/28 not 9/29.
