DVR Alert:

For those who got the Cleveland/Baltimore game on CBS at 4, there is a run-over, so there will be a delay in the TAR airing.

Poll was hard, since I don't know everybody by name yet. I voted for Tom & Terry (the gay couple...I think).

Very lame giving the coalminer/wife a new car without a penalty.

When Peter & Sarah came in first, was I the only one who laughed when Phil asked them: "Sarah did you ever think two legs into the race you'd be first?"

Peter was really pinging my gaydar in this episode. I guess that could explain his attraction to a woman with a stump.

I definitely thought it was ironic choice of words at the time.

The cheerleaders sure did little to break the cheerleader stereotype.

I was waiting for Phil to say, "Sarah - you complained, cried, and basically acted like a complete brat this entire leg, and you ended up winning...how are you going to act when you actually DO have a bad time?"

I never understand that rule. They always say you get a replacement when you are not at fault. If you drive into the mud, isn't that your fault? Or like when those guys a few seasons ago rolled their car - again, their fault but they got a replacement.

I'm definitely voting her "most likely to have a complete meltdown". And then she was talking about learning things about Peter or whatever, and how it made her feel more negative about him. What was that crap? She just strikes be as being anything but a gracious loser, and the kind of person who always has to succeed to prove to others that their disability isn't a hindrance. Meh.

Is this going to be another race where the good-looking male models do well? Guess so, although at least they're not annoying. The father/daughter team seem likeable too, and the Asians are racing well. The coalminer team could be a wild card in all of this, though personally I don't think they'll last much longer. Still I'm sure they know how to deal with adversity.
