Problem with my Comcast DVR
Not sure if this is the right forum for this or not for this.
When I picked up my Comcast DVR, they told me it would hold 60 hours of standard programming or 15 hours of HD programming. I currently have 15 1/2 hours of standard programming stored on it, and it says I'm 48% full. I've found no settings at all for quality of recording. Does anyone know why this would be happening?

How long have you had it? We've had ours for awhile, and the only help their CS gave us was unplugging it for 60 seconds and then plugging it back in. It did seem to clear up some issues we were having.

I've had it for about three weeks. What sort of issues did you have? I'm trying to get some kind of answer from various forums before I resort to calling the always-unhelpful Comcast support.

A lot of lockups, like hitting the remote and it wouldnt respond for a few seconds, but then it would do all the reactions in a hurry. Also, our DVR list would have several "blank" listings, that the info would show another episode actually somewhere else in the list.
