Has anyone been watching this show? It might possibly be the funniest thing on TV, though there is not much competition in that department. It's basically a fake news show where everyone other than the news crew believes the proceedings are real. This is the Comedy Central web site:

My quote is from the brilliant Spring Break episode, which features an inspired performance of The Finger doing "Up In Them Guts". If anyone is interested in torrents, I can point them in the right direction.

It was mildly amusing, but it's clear to me you're not attuned to It's Always Sunny in Philadephia if you think DBM is the funniest thing to have been on TV this summer.

Wait...how did you see DBM if you don't have cable?
At any rate, Philadelphia is about 4 kids who own a shithole bar. That description is sort of like saying that Seinfeld is about 4 folks who eat at a diner a lot. Check it out some time. If you like DBM, I think you'll really dig it. DBM is sort of a half baked idea if you ask me, but Philadelphia is more a 3/4 baked idea.

rather than starting a new thread...
is this show cancelled? I looked on Comedy Central's website, and it's not even LISTED with all of their shows (which is a couple baker's dozen). I can't imagine it wouldn't be on again. I found it sidesplitting. thefutoncritic says it's fate is TBD still...

It's been cancelled, Zach Galifianakis stated so on the Micheal Showalter Showalter. Zach said he was happy as he didn't like lying to/tricking the people.
