The new logo kinda reads me of the main title to The OC. Anyway, it kinda sucks for a lot of shows, even though only one that I watch didn't get picked up, because if it weren't for this merge I'm sure most of those shows that were passed over would be coming back for another season.

All the networks start their schedules at 7/6c on Sundays. That's not a new thing.
I did not expect them to waste their biggest profile sitcom in that slot. I thought they would have that in the stronger 8 pm slot. 7 pm seems more for "turn on the television and watch whatever's on", not appointment television for an original scripted series.

The CW announced today that it has signed exclusive, long-term affiliation agreements with 11 stations in Harrisburg, Memphis, Springfield (MO), Macon, Eugene, Erie, Lubbock, Bangor, Elmira, Watertown and Fairbanks.
The CWs national coverage tops more than 90% of the country, including 20 of the Top 20 markets and now 50 of the Top 50.
The newly signed affiliates are:
* WLYH Harrisburg-Lancaster-Lebanon-York, PA, owned by Television Station Group Pennsylvania License Subsidiary, LLC and operated by Clear Channel Television under a Local Marketing Agreement (DMA rank 41).
* WLMT Memphis, TN, owned by Clear Channel Television (DMA Rank 44).
* KCZ Springfield, MO, owned by Schurz Communications, Inc. (DMA rank 77).
* WBMN Macon, GA, owned by Cox Communications (DMA rank 120).
* KMTR Eugene, OR, owned by Clear Channel Television (DMA rank 121).
* WSEE Erie, PA, owned by Lilly Broadcasting (DMA rank 142).
* KWBZ Lubbock, TX, owned by Woods Communications Corporation (DMA rank 146).
* WABI Bangor, ME, owned by Diversified Communications (DMA rank 151).
* WENY Elmira-Corning, NY, owned by Lilly Broadcasting (DMA rank 173).

I never heard about the problems with Berlanti, but I've always wondered why they treated the show like crap with time changes and long hiatuses.
If Everwood did better than OTH and Charmed, I wouldve kept it on somewhere, at least for midseason.
It looks like Tuesdays are the only nights I'll watch from here.

REBA RESCUED AFTER CANCELLATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Reba, the top rated sitcom on the WB network for the past five seasons, was recently cancelled. But now word comes that it will be coming back as a mid-season replacement for 13 episodes on the newly formed CW Network. Series star Reba McEntire says, “We are excited to be back to tell more great stories from the Hart family. We all appreciate the support of the fans who didn’t want to see this show go away.” Airdates of the new Reba episodes will be announced at a later date.

It appears that nobody in Hawaii is picking up the CW network. I'm so bummed because "Supernatural" is just about my favorite show, and I love "Veronica Mars", too.
