They need to rename this Annoying Celebrity Poker:
Michael Ian Black
Jennifer Tilly, Brett Butler
Mario Cantone
Andy Dick
I think the only person on that entire list that I would like to see is Jenna Fischer.

I give Joy a break since she's not the most annoying on her show. Not that I've watched it or anything.

Too bad Phil Gordon is gone. He was a great straight man to Dave Foley. I'm not sure Hellmuth will have the same broadcaster generosity to allow Foley all the funny lines -- or the patience to put with analysis of really bad play. I enjoyed hearing the frustration in Gordon's voice as the same stupid plays are done over and over. Seeing Meloni in Game 5 makes me wish there was a "Sopranos" night. How great would it be to have some combination of Christopher, Paulie, Vito, Big Pussy, Meadow, Andriana, Dr. Melfi, Uncle Junior, Silvio, etc.

Looks like they are rearranging the eps a bit, since last night's crew was the one for the show on 6/7.
Last night's table had: Bryan Cranston, Jamie Bamber, Jason Alexander, Susie Essman and Kevin Sorbo
I fell asleep about 20 mins into it, bu I have it on my TiVo and may finish it tonight.
Mr. Hellmuth was starting to grow on me, but I miss Mr. Gordon.

Hellmuth?
Is there a requirement that they hire a poker guy named Phil? If so, was Hellmuth their second choice? Or, did Laak and Ivey both turn the gig down?

Off topic a bit...but I heard that Hellmuth is going to be in the next season of Surreal Life, he was talking about it on the radio and said something about it having Macho Man Randy Savage in it too.
