Mine is 100% full. I only have a 40 hour TiVo and I never bothered to upgrade it, but most of the stuff on there is reruns so I don't care if it gets deleted. All the important stuff is set to KUID.

Then I plan to hack it so I can do all kinds of cool things with it. Hopefully by tomorrow night I'll have a networked TiVo finally!
Everything went perfectly. I now have a 160GB drive with 140 hours. It's obviously fairly empty at this point.

Insight HD-DVR:
Mine stays between 50%-70% full.

Right now I have the past 6 or so episodes of both Grey's Anatomy & ER on there. Along with 1 CSI episode and the Shakira episode of SNL.

Comcast DVR 19% full. All movies from TCM that I haven't gotten around to watching yet including The African Queen which I'm holding on to until there's a DVD release.

LG3410A 25% full. It only records 12 hours of HD (lots of SD, but I rarely record any)
It's all from Sunday night; hopefully I can watch before CSI:MIami.

I rarely go over 50% full.

Mine fits about 75 hours without compression - but I delete almost everything after I watch it, so it's never ever come close to being full.

The only things I haven't deleted are a few classic movies off of TCM that aren't on dvd yet.

The most I've ever had on it was close to 30 hours when I went to Europe for 2 weeks last year.

Oh, I forgot - I also have the entire 12 episodes of the first season of Rome still waiting to be watched.

I just have the two Monday Fox shows and CSI on mine, so I guess it's about 10% full (all three hours are HD).
