They've been saying both shows are new til the end of the season. (Uninterrupted)

Rogue588 04-27-06 10:26 PM

Yeah, I know, but since neither show had previews for next week...that lead me to believe they were yanking our chains..

I hope not...

I've gotten the same information from several different sources that the season finale is on the 11th.

I thought this episode was quite good. I loved Jim constantly adding "volunteer" to everything Dwight was saying. Also, he had a great moment when Pam told him "You can tell me anything."

Groucho 04-27-06 11:04 PM

Neither Earl nor The Office has ever shown previews. It's not common for sitcoms.

GoldenJCJ 04-27-06 11:25 PM

Jim turning the tables on Dwight's interrogation was hilarious

Turd Ferguson 04-27-06 11:33 PM

Great episode and the Wes Anderson Amex commercial was priceless.

MrX 04-28-06 12:31 AM

I liked Ryan asking the lady collecting the samples if they were hiring:lol:

What?

El Scorcho 04-28-06 01:00 AM

The irony of Jim's last statement wondering what Dwight got out of his relationship with Michael was PERFECT.

the big train 04-28-06 02:05 AM

I'd think Dwight's urine would be red.

BDB 04-28-06 02:09 AM

Wes Anderson Amex Commercial here...

Jim and Pam were awesome tonight. I wonder if Jim does a Roy impression.

Lateralus 04-28-06 04:27 AM

Good episode and the Wes Anderson commerical was icing on the cake.

 Dwight's reaction as well.

Not a classic episode, but even a lesser ep is better than most anything else.

JasonF 04-28-06 08:25 AM

Dwight: Do you know what this is?
Phyllis: It's marijuana.
Dwight: Aha! And how do you know that!?
Phyllis: It's labelled.
Dwight: .... Oh.

Followed by his exchange with Creed -- also priceless.

ytrez 04-28-06 09:02 AM

So Dwight likes his co-workers, with 4 exceptions. Any guesses?

I'm going with:
Ryan
Jim
Stanley
Kevin

Or maybe substitute Stanley for Creed.

Kal-El 04-28-06 09:37 AM

That was fucking hilarious. I can't believe no one's mentioned the best line of the night from Kevin:

"I'm going to need a magazine"

And Jim's not talking was as funny, if not moreso than Chandler's New Year's Resolution restraint from before. And the Jim/Pam chemistry is really great.

I would say:
Ryan
Jim
Pam
Oscar or Kelly

I think Jim and Pam are clearly on the list. I think Kelly is on EVERYONE'S list. The last one is the one that gets me. Is it Ryan? There are reasons for him to be jealous, but would Dwight turn jealousy into hate? I think maybe it's Kevin.

Jim
Pam
Kelly
Kevin

Cusm 04-28-06 11:27 AM

Kevin is #1. Look how he talks to him.
Ryan would be next, he has displayed his hatred brought on by his jealousy before.
Oscar I think is another.
Toby would be the 4th, just because Michael hates him.

I do not think he hates Jim.

Timber 04-28-06 11:38 AM

I don't thin he hates Oscar. They hung out and had a good time together in the gay episode. I think he hates Jim, Pam not so much.

Dr. Henry Jones, Jr. 04-28-06 11:40 AM

Dwight probably doesnt have Kelly on his list since she kissed him at the christmas party.

Draven 04-28-06 11:47 AM

Man, lots of good stuff on this one.

I totally thought Jim was going to break his silence and admit his feelings for Pam when she was pressing him on it. I feel for the guy, it would be tough to see that smile every day and not do something about it.

Any time Jim messes with Dwight is always my favorite part, so confusing Dwight on his memory had me cracking up. Great stuff.

And what the hell was Michael doing at an Alicia Keyes concert?

Oh, and who's joint was it? I don't think they even implied, unless it was Creed's. Speaking of the joint, I loved that Dwight got out the pink plastic sticks they use on "CSI" to gauge the direction of bullets to track the path of the joint as it was discarded. Great stuff there.

MrX 04-28-06 12:29 PM

Dwight's reaction when Angela told him she wasn't taking any prescription drugs was also great:lol:
