I have been thinking the same, that they were trying to pull a Keyser Soze with Henry Gale here.

It seemed that the episode was leading us to that conclusion until Sun said to Jin that she was never with another man other than himself.

she did not say "you're just a dentist" as someone has quoted. she said "you're a dentist" after Bernard was basically saying.....why is Jack a leader, we don't need his permission, he's just a doctor.....

I agree. This was probably my favorite episode of this season so far.

I don't think it has anything to do with artificial insemination. Sun certainly seemed surprised to discover she was pregnant, and they've been on the island how long? Did she have the AI done in the airport lounge or something? And why would she have done that if she was trying to leave her husband behind and embark on an uncertain future?

Sun's pregnancy is just another part of the mystery of the island's supposed healing properties, just like Locke's ability to walk and Rose's remission.

Probably just because she is pregnant, and says she was loyal, therefore 1+1= truth.

However, I can't go with AI. Why? She was thinking/planning to run away from her life/husband/family & secretly learning Enlish. I don't think having a baby would be up on the priority list considering her situation.

Besides, you gotta be pretty desperate to make it with a robot.

Plus, the timeline doesn't add up. They have been on the island two months at least, probably closer to 2.5, and she definitely would have noticed by now.
