I'd say they deserve each other. My wife and I agreed that Michelle's just as obnoxious as Lake.

If my wife wouldn't let up about something (Michelle just kept going on & on & on) I would have told the bitch to shut up too...just maybe not on national television.

Good riddance to both of them. I was breathing hard for the hippies before I realized they got there before Team Obnoxious.

By the way...Lake was bad but no where near as bad as one of the husbands from the 2nd season (I believe it was). Can't remember the guy's name but those of you who watched back then probably know exactly who I am talking about.

Thought I was the only one who noticed that resemblance.

I hate that Lake tries to come across as an "aw shucks" good ol' Southern boy, but ends up playing like Hank's dad on King Of The Hill. If I were a Southerner, I'd be offended by him.

Well, it was a KIA. I'm guessing they break pretty easy.

I wondered if Team Ace & Gary were pissed they took the Fast Forward and missed out on wrestling a naked guy in a diaper.

they do have pretty good luck the frats. they find the one plate to rule them all and win the FF. Reminded me a little of the Guido's winning the FF in Thailand or India where they had to drop the beans in the urns. That was a good FF.

I'm excited to try my 1st bungee jump next year when I go to NZ.

That was a very lame episode, except that I was truly surprised that it was an elimination leg.

Ah, but the end result of that one was infinitely more satisfying.

I just liked seeing the hippie wearing the frog hat. Reminded me of Super Mario.

Funny how quickly I changed my mind that this episode was the lamest in AR history. I was cursing left and right it better not be another elim and then I was hoping it was when Lake arrived, hehe

Did the hippies advertise a previous season's team name on their T-shirts or did I imagine that?

Nope, they've been wearing bowling moms t-shirts off and on for a while. I'm not a hippie fan, but that's pretty funny.

I'm enjoying this season/show for what it is, mindless entertainment (for both the viewers and contestants).
Now I've only seen seasons 1 and 9, but are the task always this easy, I mean come on. i understand strategy can help you, but some of these even a monkey could win. let me get this straight, they had to put two pieces of paper together and read that the first person to the finish line recieves a special prize, which would already happen. Kinda dumb but once again it's mindless

That's why I said this was a lame episode.

The older seasons are better since the FF is available in every leg except the final one. Having only 2 FFs takes a lot of strategy out of the race.

I've liked not having a FF on everyleg, it causes the weaker teams (and ironicly the teams i didn't like) to drop out first. Nobody was able to get lucky and use the fast foward to move up to the front.

Amazing race 10 should be the best of all the different challenges so i can see them all, and it should make a pretty entertaing season

On the Early Show they said they went to completely the wrong city looking for Rion.

That's how they ended up deadl last.

Thanks for that. I was confused how they got so far behind (though Lake made it pretty clear that it was Michelle's fault ).

I was so worried the hippies might be gone. They may be my favorite reality show contestants ever. If anyone ever makes a movie about them, here's my casting suggestion :

I think they made Lake out to be worse than he is. All the other teams have been so nice to each other, that someone had to get the "evil team" edit.

The Da Vinci code "task" was probably the lamest thing ever on TAR. The puzzle took them about 15 seconds to figure out.

They showed 2 teams solve it. 2 x 15 seconds = 30 second commercial.

Usually, a "first to arrive" prize requires no additional effort and nobody ever bitches about it. I guess 15 seconds is better than nothing.

Just consider it the "first to arrive" prize with a cutesy gimmick... not an actual challenge.
