Snowmaker 04-11-06 01:15 PM

I cracked up at just the preview where

I believe there are four more eps after this one.

Binger 04-11-06 08:42 PM

"I'm gonna put on a third condom"

Josh H 04-11-06 08:52 PM

Very good episode.

Liked the machoman gay test and the hamster vest for the janitors squirrel.

MrX 04-11-06 10:23 PM

"You're like House, without the limp"

Goldberg74 04-11-06 10:30 PM

A ho-hum ep for me... but I was also  at the "House" line.

Thrush 04-12-06 03:16 AM

Sarah Chalke doesn't usually do anything for me in the looks department, but man she got it together for that negligee scene. I didn't think her body was that nice.

ShallowHal 04-12-06 06:26 AM

How many episodes are we going to get with JD telling his brother to grow up? I'm slowly watching season 2 on DVD, and it was very close to this ep. Grow up, love monkey!

ytrez 04-12-06 06:58 AM

paraphrasing:

JD's bro: "I'm in, but I go first."
Keith: "You really have to start asking me about this stuff"
(then Keith follows bro into bedroom)

later:
bro: "I almost had a three-way with that guy."

funny stuff

Snowmaker 04-12-06 07:03 AM

I kind of liked JD seeming to break the 4th wall, only to find out he's talking to someone in the hospital.

I loved Cox's answer to Ted asking, "What's a Buckland?"

And then Ted's phone conversation with his mom on his 1980's style cell phone.

Where you been, I've known that tidbit since season 1!!! :D

boogieman03 04-12-06 08:34 AM

Was Cavanagh's eys always that weird shade of blue? That was creeping me out. Anyways, glad to see him again, and glad to see that little bit of continuity where JD said he hadn't talked to him since his father died, which was the last time Cavanagh was on the show.
Lots of good lines this episode.
Sarah Chalke was lookin real good this episode. I was rolling at the "3-way" line.

"What do you think, America?" "It's Amerigo."

Cox was killing me when he was in Ted's office.

And Keith's reaction to the three-way. rotfl

maingon 04-12-06 10:34 AM

great episode, loved all the stuff with Ted. I also liked at the ended when Carla and turk were coming up with reasons not to name there baby those names. This and the Office are the two best shows on TV

BDB 04-12-06 10:53 AM

I liked Elliot telling keith they were going to go home, and pretend like they were not using protection and try and make a baby.

sherm42 04-12-06 11:07 AM

The guy playing Kieth is getting really good at his line delivery:

"For god's sake, I'm only 25! I haven't even been to Europe!"

movieking 04-12-06 11:11 AM

I loved this episode. Just totally fantastic. A couple of LOL moments for me, and that doesn't happen much with any show.

Has anyone here seen "Alchemy"? Sarah Chalke and Tom Cavanagh star in it. when I saw two of them on the cover, I had to rent it. I watched it over the weekend. Not a very good movie, but since I like two of them, I was fairly entertained by it. It also has Anna Belnap in it for a few scenes, another one of my faves.

movieking 04-12-06 11:11 AM

BTW, liked the picture on Kelso's nightstand with his son and a big black man in their "pajamas".

kramdenfan 04-12-06 11:15 AM

I actually thought this was one of the funniest episodes of the season. I had to rewind the scene a few times of Ted and Dr. Cox talking about "a growth with no hair that's never found on women." LOL Great stuff!

I agree, even in converted faux HiDef they really weirded me out as well.

Love the end Ben Fold's song - very appropriate.

grunter 04-12-06 11:43 AM

For the second time this week, I thought the "gay" was brought a little heavy-handedly. The "Macho Man" test? Tickets to "Ain't Misbehavin'?" Knitting class?

I expect a bit more than the same ol', same ol' from this show.

datagirl7 04-12-06 11:59 AM

What was it that his brother said while standing at the fridge after JD explained why Eliot wasn't into him? I didn't catch it.

neiname 04-12-06 12:05 PM

Great episode
