This episode didn't really connect with me. It was a great opportunity to round out the characters, but they didn't do it. Sara was the only character to really develop a fuller back story, and Bellick's inclusion was interesting. These guys are all in federal prison, but all but the evil t-bag are convicts with a heart of gold.
Some of the cliche's were taken to comical effect, so at least I got a few laughs. The Iraqi tourture and backstabbing by his commander was great. I also like how he put up a picture of his wife and kid in the truck while commiting a felony. Now that's a family man.

I liked the episode for what it tried to do, but the one in Iraq and TBags should have been done differently. They make everyone out like they were actually good when it's okay to have "real" criminals.

Great episode I liked the way they humanized some of the characters. I was mixed up about a couple of things what was he digging up at the grave, and what was with the piece of paper that guy slid to him in the bar.

The show was starting to wear thin for me leading up to the break, and the last two episodes have started to turn me against the show completely. However I feel like I got all this time invested into the show, so now I have to see it play out. Dammit.

I thought it was a great episode. I loved the interaction between the brothers. The comment about the keys being 4 feet to the left was pretty damny funny.

I would say that what Michael was digging up (even though you need like a serious backhoe to dig in what looked to be frozen Chicago ground) and the information he got from the guy in the bar are two items that will be played out later.

I thought this ep was OK. There were some really good scenes, but overall, I thought this ep was really unnecessary. Most of the stuff that we find out could have just as easily been revealed in dialogue. I guess it was worth it for the few good scenes that we got though.

- Sara's story and the Veep's scenes were the only real revelations here.
- The Michael/Lincoln interplay and the playout of how it all went down was interesting, but really was mostly recapping. It added very little as far as things that could be payed off down the road.
- The C-Note 'Iraqi' subplot was silly enough before but even worse when actually played out. Totally unneccesary.
- Sucre's story was typical and mostly stuff we could have filled int he blanks with ourselves but at least sets up storylines (if Sucre gets out) with that last shot of the betrayal.
- T-Bag's scenes were played completely wrong. They had a chance to really build the character up as even more menacing than we thought but they blew it.

Did we know that there was no insurance money, and that Lincoln provided the money so that Michael could go to school/college? It's been so long ago, I have no idea if that had already been revealed as the catalyst for Michael's actions (plus the origami crane) to spring Lincoln from prison.

Makes much more sense when you find out he pretty much owes his entire life to Lincoln.

I really liked parts of this (the reveal that Lincoln borrowed the $90K for Michael and that's what got him intpo trouble) but other parts really sucked.
