I don't like the move either. Fortunately it's not causing any problems yet (we have a two-tuner DirecTiVo), but if one of my other Thursday shows decides to go over their time one week, it could really mess things up. A two hour Survivor would kill me for example. Then I'd have to find a VCR, hook it up somewhere and tape something.

Decent episode.
Who knew Jared Padelecki had such a nice body?
Weird how Earl/Office, Supernatural and Commander-in-Chief all started the season on Tuesdays at 9/8 and are all now on Thursdays at 9/8. I can't wait till the country gets tired of American Idol so the networks will stop screwing with the schedules so much.

Also, what the heck happened to the weekend repeat of Supernatural? Has it just disappeared in my local area (Atlanta), or is it gone everywhere now?

i like this show. but i keep wanting a little more from it....
i'd like it to be a little funnier in moments....and a whole lot more suspenseful. right now, i don't really feel like there is really any peril involved.
and *sometimes*....the way they beat the 'badguy' just wraps up a little too easy. almost like nothing they did was the cause....it just went away for some reason. the killer bee episode comes to mind.
at least this episode, they did some research on the internet and were able to piece together what was going on. so maybe the writers are being more mindful of that.

You know, I don't even remember the bee episode. I guess that tells you it didn't really stick with me too much. I loved the "What Would Buffy Do." That got a big giggle from me.
I also hate that the show moved nights, but as someone else said, my DVR records Supernatural and My Name Is Earl at the same time. So, I guess it's not that big of a deal for me. I do wish they were showing the Sunday reruns though. That was always a great backup.
Am I the only one who kinda prefers these standalone episodes to the mythology eps? I think have a continuing storyline isn't a bad idea, but it just hasn't caught my attention quite as much.
And mongoco, I was thinking the same thing. Where has he been hiding that?

.
.
I hate that they gave Sam psychic powers and I don't like the pretty girl villain or the mysterious motives of their father.
Have they addressed how these boys earn an income? We don't see them working jobs or asking money for helping the helpless yet they can afford gas for that car, stay in motels, buy suits for their aliases, etc. It's not a big deal but it's a little distracting.

yeah....the seem to always have ids and credit cards with other people's names on them.
i'd like to think this last episode was the start of a new style of show for them. the comic relief from the 'nerds' was great. the actual 'bad guy' wasn't terribly effective....but i like how the whole thing tied together.
i hope they get a few more scary/creepy episodes going. i hate to mention x-files, but i was geniunly creeped out a few times with that show. i mean, hell...i get more spooked by that jennifer love hewitt show than supernatural...

I did like the whole idea that maybe everything they have been fighting are things that exist only because other people believe in them. It would have to make your job feel at least a little fruitless.
