Four Kings Cancelled
Not really surprising. The show had some decent moments but didn't click.
They should move Scrubs back to Thursdays before Earl.

Glad 4 Kings is gone.

While I agree it wasn't the best, it's utter junk to kill a show after like 4 episodes unless it's horrific.
FYI NBC, doesn't help when you air a show and then stick the Olympics on and remove it from your schedule for weeks.

NBC Gives 'Four Kings' the Hook
By Brian Ford Sullivan
LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- NBC has given newcomer "Four Kings" the boot just five days after its post-Olympics return.
Scheduling updates released late last night confirm the Peacock has pulled the series from its Thursday, 8:30/7:30c home effective immediately. Repeats of "My Name Is Earl" are set to fill the half-hour for the next two weeks however no permanent replacement has been announced.
To date this season, "Kings" has averaged a lackluster 7.47 million viewers, making it the network's least-watched program on the night.
Prior to the news, co-stars Josh Cooke and Shane McRae signed onto the ABC comedy pilots "A Day in the Life" and "Our Thirties" respectively.
It's not clear if or when NBC will air the six remaining produced episodes of "Kings." David Kohan and Max Mutchnick are the executive producers of the series, a co-production of KoMut Entertainment and Warner Bros. Television.

I for one really liked this show... but I won't be sad that it's gone either.
Good to see that Josh Cooke and Shane McRae got other pilots.
Poor Josh Cooke is 0-2 now (remember Committed) and hopefully he will land a good gig somewhere.
I'll leave the season pass up in case NBC decides to air the other eps.

Dear 4 Kings,
Don't let the door hit you on your way out. Anyhow, I agree, Scrubs should take this slot. All they'd need is a great 8pm comedy to have one of the best 2 hour blocks on TV and really bring back their much sought after MUST SEE TV. If NBC were geniuses, they grab AD, stick it in at 8, then scrubs, then earl and office....it's too bad that they AREN'T geniuses.

Why do I even start watching new shows? It wasn't the greatest, but it certainly wasn't terrible. I think it should have been allowed to grow some legs.
