I wish they would stick this best-of episode with commentaries into the summer schedule. Then people actually have an incentive to watch an episode again. We should just have new episodes right now.

Interesting link-back in this episode. J.D. says "EAGLE!" when the leukemia patient's relative Larry is spinning him around, just like he did in season 1's "My Hero" with Ben Sullivan (Brendan Fraser) who was also diagnosed with leukemia. Stuff like this is why I love this show!

My favorite part was when JD made the little sidestep and shifted next to Carla to gang up on Kelso.

How can you not love the fact that JD is rubbing off on Cox.

And the Todd is the second most-skilled surgical resident in the hospital. "Elliot, why didn't you page me for that surgical consult?"

I thought it was interesting continuity that Bonnie topped the surgeon list even though we haven't seen her in forever.

My favorite episode of this season. Some funny stuff from Turk and the Janitor's story killed me. He's so damn random.

really good episode. This has been a damn fine season.

I was dying laughing all through the Janitor's story about the head.

Cox reading lines (both the beginning and end of the episode) was also very funny.

so why was the second episode shown one of Neil Flynn's favorites? I don't think he was even in it.

That "head" story floored me.

I assumed that they went back to the 1-per-week schedule because they've caught up with the rest of the TV season and are loading up their salvo for sweeps.

Great episode. It was nice to see Dr. Nguyen and mention of Bonnie again. What happened to that lady attending surgeon that gave Turk so much trouble in the third season (or fourth)?

Loved the Tastykake reference. A clue as to where the show takes place?

In California, as they have pretty much made known, especially when they show the winter episodes with plenty of sunshine.
