The Unit - "Stress" - 3/14/06
"Stress"
I thought the pilot was pretty solid and am looking forward to tonight's episode.
Preview here.
A mission to recover a fallen Chinese satellite turns into an opportunity to capture a wanted terrorist.
Preview here.

Why wouldn't threads for this show appear when I search for "Unit"? It boggles the mind.
I am also looking forward to the episode. It sounds like it should be action packed.

"Star Jones" is annoying as hell. I know her character is suppose to be sympathetic and understanding but she just comes out as a bitch. What's up with the last scene? Was that suppose to be shocking.

The wives seem like a cult, except boring. Fast Forward is my friend. The ending was dumb. Otherwise....it was ok

It seems pretty obvious that the show has caught on based upon its ratings success. It debuted comfortably in the top 20 and dropped less than the normal 10% in its second week (from 18.50 million viewers to 17.78 million viewers). If the quality does take a turn for the better starting next week, this show should be a no brainer pick up for CBS.

It's as bland as NCIS and the other crappy mediocre dramas CBS is now peddling these days.
What a waste of President Palmer!

The notion of any kind of an "edge" was thrown out the window when the show was bought by CBS. It should be on FX.
