Hello all - a long time ago (10-15 years) I remember seeing a made-for-tv movie about a young boy with juveneille diabetes. His parents belonged to a religion that did not allow taking medicine, so they would not allow him to take his insulin. The boy knew it would kill him, but his parents stood firm on the idea that, "if God wants you to live, he'll heal you."

If anyone remembers the name of the movie or knows where I could look - I'd greatly appreciate it.

I would like to know the name of this movie too since I have the condition.
However, two things, first he would be dead with in an extremely short time (I had a doctor remove me from insulin and I was going downhill within 24 hours. The guy was an idiot) Second, the state would step in and take control in these circumstances.
