Red Dog 03-05-06 09:01 PM

Like I said in my red carpet comment, I didn't like Alba's dress, but maybe some of you are correct in your weight assessment.

I'd like to know why are they doing that. :hscratch: They must be worried about the next generation of non-CRT RPTV's that truly display 1080-line progressive scan resolution with HD-DVD or Blu-Ray discs. -rolleyes-

Patman 03-05-06 09:03 PM

HD is so much lovelier for the Oscars.

Patman 03-05-06 09:05 PM

it's a little bit better, but it makes it all seem a lot more important. after it's over, I'll probably call my father to apologize for how much of a failure I've become.......;)

Patman 03-05-06 09:08 PM

Altman takes the classy approach.

Lara Means 03-05-06 09:08 PM

I wish. I'm watching this from work. :(

How could you not love Altman? Such a great director and has always stuck to his principles, whether they resulted in classic films or not.
