Was I the only one that wanted to change the channel when the President and Mike got on their knees to pray?!

Apparently so, he continues his reign as the worst president ever.

Looks like the Hobbit got impounded for a bit, he was totally losing it.

I thought the ambush was actually a little bit scary, especially with the rocket launchers aimed at the limo. Aaron's the man.

Robocop hasn't aged well. Now he's a real bad guy too, and he's got a big beef with anything CTU.

POTUS is a big ol' wuss.

Aside from Lynn apparently being so off his rocker that he refuses to follow a pretty solid lead, this was a really good episode. I was pissed for a second when it looked like Aaron was a goner, but the writers know not to have him go out like a chump. And speaking of writers, nice of Audrey to use Jane Espenson as an alias. You know David Fury was behind that one.

And another thing, I guess we know what the 24 creative team thinks of the NSA wiretapping program. Not a big surprise given Joel Surnow's political views.

Funny thing is that when we saw the praying scene, my dad said that Nixon and Kissinger used to pray together. I just went hmm.

Kind of agree, that scene was actually really well executed.

I was kind of wondering if they were playing that scene off of the convoy attack in Clear and Present Danger ... it seemed a little similar with the rockets.

I think that model of remote trigger is made by Apple, so it has to stress form over function.

that was my reaction too, I think it was in the movie "Nixon" - and I think Kissinger had the same awkward reaction that Mike had.

Yep, that'll close out the first half of the season, episodes 11 and 12. The next double we'll have will be eps 23 and 24.

Someone please send a memo to the makers of Lost. THIS is how you broadcast a serialized show.

Really enjoyed this episode. The soundtrack really gets me into it and gets my blood pumping.

Good to see robocop and see Jack use the bomb to his advantage. I hope they tell hobbit boy about the attack.

Fury is the man. Great reference.

And thank God the First Lady is OK. I couldn't breathe for the entire hour waiting to find out what happened to her. So compelling. So powerful.

They should have had Weller looking like Robocop.
