Most annoying character on TV?
I can't stand Chloe on "24". Mary Lynn Rajskub portrays her with the worst and oft repeated facial expressions in the history of tv. She is always annoying to every other character except for Jack in which she is mostly tolerable to watch. But, mostly she interacts with everyone else at CTU, especially Edgar with such disdain and general i can't stand living attitude.
That furrowed brow, that holier than thou retorts have just got to go on an otherwise great series.

I love Chloe! She's comedy gold! I find Derek (also from 24), however, to be the most annoying character in any of the shows I'm currently watching.

Kirk, Taylor, Paris (at times, especially recently) from Gilmore girls. At least all of these are SUPPOSED to be annoying, as opposed to being unintentionally annoying.
If we include reality TV, there are too many to count, though I have to believe those people are cast because they are annoying too.
