Janice and Meadow are pretty annoying, but I fucking hate Carmela...I wish Tony would cap her ass. Bayless ranks right up there as well, I literally want to kick my TV when he is talking about something.

Counselor Troi's mother Luxanna (or however you spell it) from ST:TNG.

And not a character but an actual person... Paul Schaffer is in my opinion the single most annoying person on TV. He alone manages to make Letterman unwatchable.


Chloe from 24 is one of my favorite characters on that show and along with NCIS's Abby, among my favorite characters currently on TV.

I think the new Hobbit guy is totally annoying. It is like he is reading his lines from a cue card and is trying to sound like a little boy by annouciating.
