Only a fair episode, but it did contribute a lot to overall story arc, with Sammy's abilities and all.

I don't like the whole pre-cog thing.
It's been done to death on the WB.

I'm guessing the new abilities might be needed to finally face whatever supernatural has been killing all the wives/girlfriends so far.

The HD feed from my affiliate had the audio about 4-5 seconds behind the video. Very annoying.

That sucks. As for me, I forgot to turn it on until it was already 5 minutes in, so I had to get caught up with it from the SD version on my DVR before being able to switch over during a commercial break to the HD broadcast for the last half of the show. (Thankfully, no sync problems from my local WB station.)

This one was pretty cool. The uncle & stepmother killings were pretty impressive & shocking for tv. I like that Sam's power is progressing and at a reasonable pace. Nice addition to the story of the kid's mother also dying like Sam & Dean's. The show's is building a nice arc.

Next's week preview looked like a nice spin.

I thought Padalecki's acting was awful during the scene with him and the other kid talking about how his mom died.
