Or maybe Ross and Rachel's daughter lives, and can go to live with the three guys... like Three Men and a Little Lady: The TV Show. Or Full House '06.

Sounds like a false rumour...although if true, I would tune in for the specials... I would on the other hand not tune in for another spinoff...that would just be lame... and I don't think NBC should ever bring back Seinfeld...leave it alone...don't destroy it's greatness...besides, we have Curb.

For some stupid reason, I've been laughing at this for five minutes now.

you guys are thinking too hard about possible plot holes.

why couldn't it be a prequel? or set in an alternate universe?

or maybe there wouldn't even be character continuity; they could all have different names/jobs.

maybe joey could be the whiny loser, ross could be the sarcastic guy and chandler could be the lovable airhead.

The mere thought of that made my nose bleed and my eyes cross.

Since I posted the original rumor it's only fitting that I post the lastest rumor debunking the original rumor. This one from Ireland On-Line, so you know you can trust it.

No reunion for Friends - Warner

Reports that the seminal comedy Friends is to be revived were denied tonight by the show’s producers.

According to stories on the internet, the six stars of the hit sitcom have agreed multi-million dollar deals to reprise their roles for four one-hour specials.

But a spokeswoman for Warner Bros insisted there were no plans for any new episodes or spin-offs.

“There is absolutely no truth in it – it’s all rumour,” she said.

“There is nothing planned of any kind.”

The reports claimed the double episodes were due to air next year, with Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer and Matthew Perry all having done the deal in a secret meeting before Christmas.

Aniston was said to have been the last to agree.

It was also reported that the three male stars were to make a new spin-off called It’s A Guy Thing.

Ah, ok- a somewhat more reliable source. I guess we can put this one to bed now.

'Friends' Reunion Rumors Swirl

Are everyone's favorite "Friends" ready to return to TV?

Rumors were swirling over the weekend about a "Friends" revival on NBC.

According to published reports, each of the show's six stars had agreed to multi-million dollar deals to star in four one-hour episodes.

Some articles even went as far as to say that scripts were already being written.

However, Access Hollywood has learned that those reports are completely false.

"Not one ounce of truth," Jeff Zucker, CEO of NBC Universal Television Group, told Access of the rumors.

There were also rumblings of an all-male spin-off show starring David Schwimmer, Matthew Perry and Matt LeBlanc. But yet again, nothing more than false reports.

"Friends" ended its 10-year run back in May 2004. More than 52 million fans tuned in to the series finale.

My guess is these guys would be happy to get another $5 million in the bank for a couple of days work. It's not like any of them has been tearing up the screen, and even with syndication money coming in left and right, their respective stars have fallen.
