One of weaker recent episodes, but still funny. Dwight's ignorance was classic. And Pam did look hot with her hair down like that.
|
Good but not great episode.
Does anyone know why they could use the Hooter's name, but in Hooter's they didn't use the logo and none of the women had the Hooter's logo (or even colors!) on their shirts. Then When Jim comes back he holds up a genuine Hooter's logo shirt. |
Please don't use Michael's lines at Hooters! :fart:
The beauty of the show at its heart is the dynamic between Jim and Pam. The last few WACKY episodes were icing, but this one was really important to the overall show. |

So Oscar!!! Holy shite, Oscar wasn't really sick!!! Didn't see that coming.
Micheal trying to get his hair like Jim's is as funny as it is disturbing. And finally something has started to chip away at the engagement wall between Jim and Pam. I like the look she gave him in the elevator at the end. |

I was laughing way to hard at Michael screwing up the "updog" joke.
And I was shaking my head along with Jim while Michael was ordering at Hooters. Funny episode. Not as funny as the past few weeks, but still good stuff. And no way Pam didn't know that Jim liked her. I thought on the booze cruise, she was trying to get Jim to say something rmake a move, and she would of been his. |

An excelent 'character' moment is when Dwights secret girl (what the hells her name) says she would choose Roy over Jim. And when she and Dwight shared a 'moment' after they agreed that taking off on a Friday was wrong.

The one from India is Kelly. Phyllis is the same age as Michael. ... and Meridith is the drunk. Took me awhile, but I am starting to remember their names. "He has a crush on a girl that he works with who is engaged." |
Toby is definitely an over-looked character IMO. His delivery is just amazing. "Michael, do I have to take away your corporate card after you just got it back?"

Michael messing up the "updog" joke reminded me of when Steve Carell (as Brick) messed up the "party in my pants" line in Anchorman: "would you like to come to the pants party?"

Can't wait til Michael finds out about Oscar. That ep will be gold guaranteed!

This show is damn good on so many levels. |
The whole Hooters scene was awesome. I love how Jim just ended up getting a ham & cheese, just like he brough from home.

Ryan had some good moments in this episode.
Like when Dwigt gives him the job of heading up the January Spring Cleaning: Dwigt: "Do you think you can handle it?" Ryan: "I think so." Dwigt: "Do you think... or do you know?" Ryan: "I think!" And in his one-on-one time with the cameras: Ryan: "I could clean out my desk in 5 seconds, and no one would know I worked here. And I would forget too." (BTW, is Michael's man-crush on Ryan possibly going to change into one on Jim instead?) |
