I've seen people keep track of all the movies they see on this site and other places, but I'm not sure if I've ever seen it for TV. It is a little harder to rank TV because you have to keep track of all the episodes, but I think that would make this more useful than a movie list. This list would be helpful if you wanted to rewatch certain episodes of a show later on or if you wanted to recommend a show to somebody else. I don't know if anybody else is interested in doing this, but I'll start it off.

I might change my formatting later on, but I'd prefer to keep it as simple as possible for now. I use the episode number, but you could use airdate if that's easier. I haven't decided yet if I want to include older shows I'm watching for the first time or if I should limit the list to only shows that have aired this year.
